It’s not Partnering, It’s Personal – Part 1

Secret SauceSomething happened today that reminded me that Partnering is just the beginning.

I’ve been in the “partnering” biz for many years.

I’ve been fortunate to travel all over to world meeting partners, customers and making friends in far away places.

What I’ve learned and what I was reminded of today is this:

It’s Not Partnering, It’s Personal.

The best partnerships become personal. Sure, they start off with an idea, a promise and an initial question … What Can We Do Together?

image Today I was reminded by Kevin McMillen or Ryantech that partnering is good, but the personal relationships we develop are the secret sauce.

Thanks for the call today Kevin. Thanks for the reminder.

2015 is going to see more partnering, but more importantly we will continue to develop our personal relationship.

For anyone else reading this … I hope you find your partnerships are also becoming more personal.

It we are connected and partnering … you can count on it.
